A Florida Atlantic University graduate in Business, Sydney oversees Foundation operations and drives collaboration with healthcare professionals and community leaders to ensure every Special Operations Veteran receives the care they deserve.
Tanner Steed
A South Florida native with a background in high-net-worth philanthropy and political fundraising, Tanner leads donor engagement, major gifts, events, and strategic partnerships for WHF. He brings a relationship-first approach to every donor partnership.

Double board-certified orthopaedic sports medicine surgeon with nearly two decades of experience. Served as orthopaedic surgeon in the U.S. Navy and team physician for SEAL Teams Two and Four, 2013–2017.
