Waitlist growth has accelerated. Demand is outpacing capacity.
Every Warrior on the waitlist carried America’s hardest missions. Each passing month without treatment narrows the window to intervene before biological damage becomes permanent.
The Diagnosis
Seventeen conditions. One root cause.
Repeated blast exposure causes pituitary damage, a central hormonal control center. The result is a cascade of interconnected biological failures that the VA treats in isolation. WHF treats the root cause.
TBI & Cognitive Decline
Headaches, memory loss, and cognitive fog from cumulative blast exposure
PTSD, Depression & Anxiety
Neurological and hormonal drivers of mental health deterioration
Hormonal Dysregulation
Testosterone, cortisol, and thyroid imbalances rooted in pituitary damage
Chronic Pain & Fatigue
Systemic inflammation and musculoskeletal breakdown compounded by hormonal deficit
Substance Abuse & Suicide Risk
Downstream consequence of untreated biological and neurological dysfunction
“These conditions are biologically connected, rooted in pituitary damage from blast exposure. Treating them in isolation, as the VA does, accelerates decline.”
How It Works
Precision medicine. Built around him.
This is not a wellness program. It is precision, integrative, evidence-based medicine designed around the specific biology of sustained combat service.
1
Assess
Full diagnostic workup: labs, cognitive assessment, hormonal panel. Understanding one man’s specific biology before any treatment begins.
2
Optimize
Individualized protocols designed around his results. Physician-led, precision-dosed, monitored continuously.
3
Sustain
Long-term partnership. Ongoing monitoring, protocol adjustment, and care, because Operator Syndrome does not resolve in 90 days.
$5,000 per Warrior per year. Fully covered by donor support. The Warrior pays nothing.*

Questions
Answers.
Are there any conditions or limitations for the cost of this program?
In a small number of cases (less than 10%), patients may have minimal lab costs. WHF covers all other out-of-pocket expenses.
Where is care delivered?
A combination of telehealth and in-person, depending on the Warrior’s location and program phase.
How long does the program last?
WHF’s commitment is long-term. Operator Syndrome requires sustained care, not a 90-day fix. Program length is determined by the individual Warrior’s needs.
Can I keep my existing VA care?
Yes. WHF care is supplemental and complementary, not a replacement for any existing VA benefits or treatment.
What if I'm not technically SOF? Am I eligible?
The program is designed specifically for Special Operations veterans. If you’re unsure whether you qualify, contact us and we’ll discuss your situation.
How is my information protected?
All intake information is handled under HIPAA-compliant protocols. Your medical information will never be shared without your explicit consent.
