Introduction

This data retention policy sets out the obligations of Warrior Health Foundation, Inc., (“us/we/our”) and the basis upon which we shall retain, review and destroy data held by us, or within our custody or control.

This policy applies to our entire organization including our officers, employees, agents and sub-contractors and sets out what the retention periods are and when any such data may be deleted.

Objectives

It is necessary to retain and process certain information to enable our business to operate. We may store data in the following places:

desktops;

employee-owned devices (BYOD);

potential backup storage; and/or

our paper files.

This policy applies equally to paper, electronic media and any other method used to store personal data. The period of retention only commences when the record is closed.

We are bound by various obligations under the law in relation to this and therefore, to comply with the law, information must be collected and used fairly, stored safely and not disclosed to any other person unlawfully in respect of their personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (“the Regulation”).

processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures.

The Fourth and Fifth Data Protection Principles require that any data should not be kept longer than necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and when it is no longer required, it shall be deleted and that the data should be adequate, relevant and limited for the purpose in which it is processed.

With this in mind, this policy should be read in conjunction with our other policies which are relevant such as our data protection policy and IT security policy.

Security and Storage

All data and records are stored securely to avoid misuse or loss. We will process all personal data we hold in accordance with our IT Security Policy [OR take appropriate security measures against unlawful or unauthorized processing of personal data, and against the accidental loss of, or damage to, personal data].

We will put in place procedures and technologies to maintain the security of all personal data from the point of collection to the point of destruction. Personal data will only be transferred to a data processor if there is agreement by them to comply with those procedures and policies, or if there are adequate measures in place.

We will maintain data security by protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the personal data, defined as follows:

Confidentiality means that only people who are authorized to use the data can access it.

Integrity means that personal data should be accurate and suitable for the purpose for which it is processed.

Availability means that authorized users should be able to access the data if they need it for authorized purposes. Personal data should, therefore, be stored on the Warrior Health Foundation, Inc. central computer system instead of individual PCs.

Retention Policy

Data retention is defined as the retention of data for a specific period of time and for back up purposes.

We shall not keep any personal data longer than necessary but acknowledge that this will be dependent on the different types of documents and data that we have responsibility for. As such, our general data retention period shall be for a period of 100 years.

From time to time, it may be necessary to retain or access historic personal data under certain circumstances such as if we have contractually agreed to do so or if we have become involved in unforeseen events like litigation or business disaster recoveries.

Destruction and Disposal

Upon expiry of our retention periods, we shall delete confidential or sensitive records categorized as requiring high protection and very high protection, and we shall either delete or anonymise less important documents.

Our Management Team is responsible for the continuing process of identifying the records that have met their required retention period and supervising their destruction. The destruction of confidential, financial, and personnel-related records shall be securely destroyed electronically or by shredding if possible. Non-confidential records may be destroyed by recycling.

We aim to promote the overall wellness and health of a Special Operations Forces (SOF) veteran that has made multiple combat deployments overseas and is experiencing some form of hormonal and vitamin imbalance that causes a wide range of issues.

We are committed to helping our military SOF veterans through proactive and preventative healthcare services at 100% zero cost to the participant.

Warrior Health Foundation is in no way associated with the Veterans Administration, TRICARE or any reimbursable health plans. WHF offers an alternative protocol to being treated and placed on opioid-based prescriptions.

Lieutenant Commander Delgado is a retired United States Navy SEAL, with over twenty-nine years of active and reserve service. In 2006, he was mobilized with SEAL Team THREE for a combat tour in Ramadi, Iraq, receiving a Navy Commendation Medal with Combat “V”.

He has served with SEAL Teams TWO, THREE, FOUR, EIGHTEEN and Special Operations Command Central and South. His tours of duty have included the Middle East, Europe, Africa and South America.

Mr. Delgado has a wealth of expertise that has been refined not only in a military environment, but also extensively in the governmental sector, where he has been responsible for budgets, training, and logistics for thousands of people. He has trained thousands of students in the use of weapons, demolition, physical security and executive protection.

Mr. Delgado is also a retired Special Agent with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Palm Beach County, Florida. Throughout his career, Special Agent Delgado served in a number of positions including being a member of the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF), Miami field office.

Over the past fifteen years Mr. Delgado has conducted Active Shooter Response Training seminars around the country and is recognized as an expert in this field. He has served on Governor DeSantis’s Committee on Public Safety during the Governor’s transition.

Mr. Delgado is also a successful entrepreneur and patent holder, having started, managed, and sold numerous enterprises. He is co-founder of ASR Alert Systems, a newly developed technology designed to drastically enhance response time of law enforcement and victims in an active shooter event. The ASR Threat Alert System simultaneously alerts law enforcement, end users of the system, 911-disptach, and nearest trauma hospitals within seconds.

Mr. Delgado’s core values of honesty, integrity, and generosity are what have helped propel him to his current success. These same qualities inspire him to give back to the communities in which he resides. He mentors teenagers who make career decisions to enlist in the military and he sits on the Naval Academy selection board on behalf of Senator Marco Rubio.

As a member of the Board of Directors of the National Navy SEAL Museum, Mr. Delgado plays an instrumental role in the Museum’s continued growth and development.

As Executive Vice President of Private Wealth Management at Capital Wealth Advisors, Daniel and his team work with a select group of private clients; comprised, primarily of entrepreneurs, small business owners, family offices and ultra-high net worth individuals. Daniel positions himself as the financial quarterback for his clients’ lives. He believes in applying a thorough top-down analysis of all facets that comprise an estate or business, before building a foundational framework and blueprint to assist his clients’ in attaining their goals. Daniel strategically engages a robust network of professionals to expand the scope of resources available to his clients.

Daniel was introduced to Capital Wealth Advisors during his college years, as a summer intern. Following graduation, he accepted an apprenticeship role under the firm’s co-founder and CEO, Bill Beynon. Daniel spent these formative years gaining firsthand experience and knowledge of complex estate planning, liquidity analysis, asset allocation, and business strategy.

Prior to joining CWA in 2018, Daniel was deeply involved on the FSU campus, serving as the President of one of the University’s largest registered student organizations. Daniel also worked for multiple venture capital-backed startups, where he specialized in grassroots marketing. Ultimately, he became the managing director of a successful marketing & event planning firm, where he ran the flagship market and headquarters as the firm expanded its national footprint.

Additionally, Daniel is the founder of London Life Consulting, Inc., a small business consulting firm that helps closely held family businesses with succession planning and startups with zero to one growth strategy. Daniel also co-owns and operates London Executive Office Suites, LLC, a Naples executive office suite that works with small business owners and entrepreneurs on unique workspace solutions.

Daniel is an avid angler and outdoorsman. In his free time, he is usually working out or embarking on an adventure with his black lab, Colt.
